Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free anywhere in Australia. 

Your order will be shipped once your payment has been approved.

kola & co uses E-go (Hunter Express) couriers and Australia Post for their deliveries.

For delivery addresses located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Canberra please expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.

For delivery addresses located in other capital cities or regional areas please allow 4-10 business days to receive the order.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions to organise redelivery. Providing a corporate address for delivery is always more reliable. We do not ship to PO Box delivery addresses.

Please note that we are not able to adjust the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse.

We are sorry but at this time we do not deliver to addresses outside of Australia.

Returns

kola & co items are handmade and so size and shape can vary slightly from product to product. There may also be small imperfections as a result of the handmade nature of the product.

kola & co will kindly refund all items that are returned within 14 days, from day of receiving. Please contact kola & co prior to returning your item via email at hello@kolaandco.com.au.

The product must be returned in a new, unused condition with the return shipping cost being borne by the purchaser. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect item was sent) we will pay the return shipping costs. Refund will be issued back via the original payment method.

We will send you a confirmation email once the returned merchandise has been received at our warehouse.
